TERMS OF SALE

By placing an order with us, you are (i) offering to purchase a product, (ii) representing that you are of legal age to form a binding contract or are supervised by a guardian of legal age to form a binding contract who has given us their consent to allow their minor dependant to use this site and must also abide by the terms of service, and (iii) representing that all information you provide to us in connection with such order is true and accurate and you are an authorized user of the payment method provided.

Refunds/Returns: OceaniaCraft does not offer Exchanges, Returns, or Refunds of any kind on any items offered for sale on our website. Banned players or players who have lost access to minecraft are not eligible for a refund as the item purchased was applied in full at the time of purchase.

Inspect all the details: Please inspect all items carefully before purchasing. If you are unaware of the details of listed items, OceaniaCraft is not responsible for modifying or canceling the order. If you can not find information regarding a product you should contact the server staff to ask for more information before making your purchase.

Single Account Purchases: The account your items will be applied to is the account you enter when you pay, purchases can not be shared or transferred between multiple accounts. If you intend to purchase some items for one account and others for a different account you will need to make separate orders.

We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.

You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.

You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. The service and all products and services delivered to you through the service are (except expressly stated by us) provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES

You agree that all subscription services such as "oceaniaplus" are completely non refundable. It is your responsibility to cancel the service if you no longer wish to use it, we will not be held accountable for forgotton subscriptions. Failure to renew subscriptions will lead to immediate termination of perks/services. Items inside player vaults can not be accessed by staff unless you have an active subscription.
